Recruitment Requirements & Procedure Requisites:
Requisites:
Christian
• Faithfully attending ACC for at least 6 months
• Testimony of sound mind & character
• Subjected to approval by core ministry leaders
Stage 1 (teaching assistant)
• To learn from the teacher and familarise with the curriculum and children hands-on by helping out with the classes on Sundays
• The teacher will create opportunities for the assistant to teach & manage the class
• She/He will be assigned to different teaching to understand various styles of teaching
• The teachers will evaluate after 3-6months if he/she is ready to take on a class on his/her own and feedback to Sakura who will add this person onto the teachers’ roster when ready
Stage 2 (Teacher)
• He/She is now ready to take on the duties of the teacher stated in the Duties List himself/herself
• Be ready to training someone else
NB: The applicant/volunteer need not go through Stage 1 if already adequately trained.
