Dear Church

Based on the current rise in community spread of H1N1, I would like to ask that all of you follow some precautionary measures.

Please refrain from coming to church services if you have a fever and/or other symptoms of a flu - sore-throat, cough, running nose etc. We continually webcast our sermons so that you will not lose out on hearing the weekly sermon. We will also remember you in prayer while you are at home.

If you have been overseas recently, please exercise additional precautions and carefully monitor your temperature.

Let us be socially responsibility and help minimise the spread of this flu.

As a church let us also pray and ask the Lord to protect us, give wisdom to health authorities and bring this flu to an end.

Tomorrow (21 November 2008) at Gripping Grace we talk about how you can experience wholeness in Christ. Too many Christians cannot be effective for God because of things which have happened to them in the past. Emotional trauma, rejection and abuse need to be dealt with through the ministry of inner healing.

In this session we share on how the Lord heals our broken hearts and redeems painful memories.
The session begins with praise and worship at 7:30pm. We will also spend some time praying for the soon coming church camp.

Hi Church,

Chong Yau & Lynette have happily received Ms Jaslyn Eve Hui-En Wong into the world on 6th Oct 2008. 
She weighs in a tiny 2.48kg bundle of joy and is a healthy baby with lots of lung capacity. 
Mother and child are happily settled at home with the usual wake/feed/sleep routine every 3 to 4 hours or so. 

Please thank you all in advance for your well-wishes and prayers.

In this session of Gripping Grace, we talk about how you can receive an impartation of the anointing of God. As we progress in our ministries, we need the empowering of God to do the task he sets before us.
God wants this anointing transferred on our lives. We study biblical passages such as the impartation of the mantle from Elijah to Elisha to understand this more clearly.
