5. “DEALING WITH EMOTIONS & THOUGHTS” WORKSHOP
Principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are used to explore some issues dealing with negative feelings and irrational thoughts.

We are running this workshop for the second run.

C. “Parenting with Values” seminar is drawn from the story of Hannah that will deal with how to parent children who will hold on to the value of serving God.
