A Blessed New Year from BEAM

December 28th, 2006 by Mei Cheng

To: PASTOR BOBBY and THE ACC (JAM) SAINTS,

Greetings in Jesus Name!

We are so blessed and grateful to the Lord for your continuous support of the Baguio Evangelistic Academy of Ministries.

Throughout these past years, you have been a helping hand to the work of the Lord in this part of the world. It is because of willing vessels, just like the ACC (JAM) saints, that BEAM is able to pursue the God-given ministry to help mould lives of future ministers of the Gospel.

Today, BEAM continuous to contribute to the growth in numbers of preachers, evangelists and preachers of the Word. Not just in the Northwestern Luzon District but in other districts as well.

Last school year, 9 students completed their second year of training coming from the following places:
Benguet - 3
Ilocos - 2
La Union - 1
Pangasinan - 3

While not all immediately go out to pioneer a work, but everyone is helping in one way or another in winning souls and helping the church ministry.

This year we have a total of 20 students coming from different districts:

Benguet Province - 6
Bulacan Province - 2
Cabanatuan City - 1
Caloocan City - 1
Ilocos Province - 2
Mandaluyong City - 1
Masbate Province - 1
Nueva Ecija - 2
Pangasinan Province - 3
Zambales Province - 1

We’re so thankful to the Lord for His continuous providence and protection. God is working in the lives of the 20 BEAM students and the faculty as they continue in their daily study of His word.

As we end another year, we look back to thank God for all the good things He has given us and remember all the brethren who has been instrumental and become one of the reasons why the Baguio Evangelistic Academy of Ministries is able to continue its ministry of discipling future ministers.

As we celebrate the 50th Golden Anniversary of the UPC in the Philippines next year, we would like to thank you once again for being a part of the growth of the Apostolic ministy here. Your support for the bible school throughout the past years has helped us produced ministers/church workers who have pioneered churches, evangelized and continues to teach and preach the apostolic doctrine. Yes, while we continue to be part of sowing the seed and part of watering it, God continues to give the increase.

As we look forward for a new year, we are looking forward for greater things God has prepared for us. Let us continue to be partners in missions.

Have a blessed New Year!

Thank you very much and God bless.

On behalf of the BEAM family,
Bro. Eugene C. Banez Jr.

Testimonies for Thanksgiving Night!!!

December 22nd, 2006 by Mei Cheng

Dear Saints of Alive Community Church,

The organizing commitee of The Thanksgiving Night 2007 would like to seek your response to our tradition of sharing testimonies during that eventful night. If YOU have an urge to testify of God’s goodness this thanksgiving night, then WE are looking for you!

To book a time-slot in our event schedule so that you would have a chance to share your testimony publicly, kindly contact any one of the following persons by 25th Dec 2007, next Monday, noon via e-mail or handphone to Gary & Hock Kee.

Just before you start typing your e-mail or dialing our numbers, pls get ready to briefly tell us the content of your testimony. As we are expecting an over-whelming response from you all, we would need to limit the time allocated o each testimony to a maximum of 8 mins and if need be, we would still cut down the time allocated. BUT no worries about all that. Start ‘chooping’ your time-slot for testimony sharing now! Remember that we need your response by next Monday, 25th Dec 06, noon!

Yours faithfully,
THe Organizing Committee of ThanksGiving Night
