As I share about the Church of Smyrna I am reminded of the persecuted church. Every year around 200,000 are martyred for their faith and numerous others suffer persecution which results in great loss. They have sincerely pledged allegiance to the Lord to give up their very soul. The witness of the persecuted church is testimony that Jesus is worth living and dying for!

I think we have sung this particular song several times in the past. The chorus is particularly meaningful. I did not find any online version of the song, so in case you have not heard it, tell the music ministry to sing it one of these Sundays!
