This week I am thinking about the man called Joseph. If you study the Scriptures you notice three times that the bible mentions, God being with Joseph. This can be found in Genesis 39:2, 21, 23. “The Lord was with Joseph…, the Lord was with him.., the Lord is with Joseph.

This week I am reflecting on Genesis 1:27 which says, “So God created man in His own image!” What a privilege to be made in God’s image. I am glad we are not made in the image of a monkey, or some other creature, but in the very image of God.

Going past the need to prove his existence through an unending series of probability figures, I ask myself what it means to know that God exists. Among the several things that come to my mind is this one - Because I know that there is a God, I have help in my trials.
